We only advertise features that we deliver and are transparent about any limitations in our service.

3. User Accounts

• Abuse the service or overload our systems
• Generate content that violates third-party rights

7. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality thumbnails optimized for CTR, we do not guarantee specific click-through rates or video performance. Results depend on many factors including your content, audience, and timing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thumbify AI shall not be liable for:
